I’ve been a massage therapist for 7 years. I have worked in spas, for chiropractors, and for myself. My massage style has consistently been an integrative mix of sports massage, deep tissue, thai, and relaxing Swedish strokes to tie it all together. Relaxing the nervous system is crucial to making changes in the soft tissue, and having a range of pressure makes me successful at adapting to my clients needs.

My newer education in Thai massage has been an excellent addition to my practice. Thai massage combines deep compressions with energy work and full body stretches effectively working areas that tend to be overlooked in traditional massage. I am excited to share this massage style with my clients moving forward as I know it can help so many chronic pain and postural patterns.

My experience as a therapist has taught me a lot, but what I have seen the most is people’s work environment and most common postures causing their structural issues and chronic pain. Whether you are a mother or a ceo, you likely could benefit from bodywork. Helping people manage pain and create space in their body is what truly brings me joy, so I look forward to meeting you.

You only get one body in this life, so lets take care of it!

I’m Sara.
